What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email colsoncoshop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
